Ht. 5"4, Wt. 135 - Well, people tell me all the time that I ain't fat but usually its the people who are skinny that tell me that and you no what makes me mad and probably makes all you guys mad it is when the fricken skinny people I am talkin tooth pick people that are always are like wow I am fat and all that nonsense I mean it makes me feel bad and it probably makes every one else feel bad... Anyways I have gained like 4 pounds and I dont no how to work it off because I would really like to be down to a 125 that has been my goal weight for a long long time and I have been working for it and I have came so close one time I was 4lbs away from it but boom I gained so much I just dont no how to stop eating I mean everytime I eat I dont want to let the food go to waste so I fisish it but last night I offered the rest of the food to my dad and he took it so I might have to start doing that ... If anyone has any dieting or excerise secrets plz plz plz tell me because I am the fattest grandkid and at my mean grandmas house she always calls me fat and is like dont eat that you will just gain more weight and that is part of the reason I feel insecure but PLEASE tell me your secrets because I would really like to lose 10 more pounds before X-mas break thank you for listening

They want u 2 tell them that they are not fat and wicked skinny. I asure u that they no thier skinny, they just want 2 be told over and over and over again..which is stupid, but whatever. For your weight lose though, control your portions and dont eat eat much junk food. Limit ur self 2 1 low fat treat a day. Exercise is key! What really helps me is running, i love running! Running targets every muscle in your body and really de clogges your arterys...If your curvy in your stomach running realllyyy helps flattening it out because when you go up hills and elevations, your abs are working hard 2 keep u stable. If runnings not your thing, just pick a activty and go out there and do it. Good luck you can do it!! -katie
