Ht. 5'9, Wt. S.200.C.193.G.150 - lol u all cheated today.. I didnt.. I did the opposite :-s.. I ate a piece of toast 70 cals (no butter) then I didnt eat till dinner cause I was at my cousins all day.. and I ate about 600 cals at dinner ( some stuff my mom threw together and some corn). But anyhow, thats not what I am posting about... I bought a new scale.. has bmi and all on it.. so I have good news and bad news.. my old scale was low by 2 pounds.. but good news is I will really know how much I weigh now. Good luck all

Reply from samantha, Age 17 - 11/14/05 - IP#: 4.245.18.xxx really if you don't eat in a long time your body doesn't go into slow mode u actally lose more weight becuz u arn't burning off what u ate u are burning off what is on ur belly, its just not something healty to do.
