Ht. 5"0, Wt. 160 - I am mad about what I ate today...for breakfast I had cheerios as usual. Then at lunch I had a slim-fast bar, but then I craved chips. Then when I got home, I had soup and I didn't have dinner yet...but after dinner I am going to go for my usual run, is that better? Oh and my dad bought an exercise ball and Im gonna use that too.! you no you shouldnt be mad about what you ate if anythig i should be mad about what I ate because here is what I ate : breakfast nothing, lunch a lunchable, inbetween 4 candybars a pop tart and for supper I will probably have like tacos and i thats my favorite food so I am sure that I will be gorging out on food but at least you run i mean i just do crunches because I am to imbarassed to run lol i no its that bad but I am sure that you will get back to how you usually eat because everybody has there days where they like to gorge out on food trust me :)
