Ht. 5"4, Wt. 135 - Ok how did I do today..... For breakfast nothing :( inbetween 1 candybar calories (220) for lunch a lunch able then for a snack I had 2 candybars calories (440) and 1 pop tart not the two that usually goes in the pack just one and then for supper I am thinkin that my mom is making tacos but what should I do because tacos is my favorite food in the whole world plz plz plz plz HELP on tips

ur eating low calories with un healthy foods that's bad!!! to not overeat in tacos make it so ur mom only makes one serving per a person so u cant go back up for seconds.

You are making a common mistake. The reason you aren't losing weight is because you're eating all the wrong foods and not eating enough of anything. Candybars won't get you anywhere better whether you eat one or 5,000 and the same for pop tarts. You need to eat fruits and vegetables and meats. You can eat more of these and take in half as many calories as you would eating food like you had today. You need to focus on eating plentiful (but not too much) good food and stop eating things that aren't giving any benefits to your body. Good luck!
