Ht. 5'4, Wt. 153 - hey guys omg my method is working i have lost 4 pounds in a week its really working for me i hope it helps u guys
morning
*kellogs special k strawberry cereal and milk (soooo good)
lunch
*arizona tea with peach flavoring (omg its sooo good im not kidding instead of drinking water cause i hate it i drink this and its sooo good..and 0 calories!)
dinner
*arizona tea and little 2 100 calorie little snack packs...
in total this is 1000* calories which is what u need to eat to lose weight so it doesnt come back...i love you guys omg its really working...and theres a really good tasting water from dasani and it has lemon and raspberry flavoring and the lemon tastes like sprite...i love it!

i hate to ruin it..but you need to eat 3 small meals a day..and more then 100 cal. snack packs..they are VERY GOOD i know! but eat more vegies and fruits and exercise daily. you'll get there just as fast. if not faster!

dont go any lower than 1300 calories or else ur body will thinks ur starving it and burn calories really slow
