Ht. 5 10', Wt. 225 - Hello everyone! I used to post alot on here but then alot in my life changed. Including my weight...it got worse which is bad. Although rescently it has gotten a little bit better because i am trying the ZONE diet. Has anyone heard of it? it seems to make sense...all you do is balance your carbs and protein and fats. It's pretty easy...i am just addicted to carbs and it is hard for me. If anyone has any comments/suggestions i would really appreciate them. I also need to find more motivation to exercise! Anyone have any fun ideas? Thanks! ~Hanne

DO A CARDIOVASCUALR WORK OUT INDOORS IF YOU DONT LIKE GOING TO THE GYM. I AM TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT, HEAVEN KNOWS, AND I DO BELEAVE THAT I CAN GET THERE. SEE FOR ME, I WANT TO PROVE EVERYONE WHO EVER CALLED ME FAT, THAT IM NOT FAT. BUT MOST OF ALL I WANT TO DO IT FOR ME. I DONT WANT TO END UP A FAT MOTHER, OR A FAT ADULT, A FAT WIFE, I WANT TO BE A NORMAL THIN, A HEALTHY WEIGHT TEENAGER. A FLAT STOMACH. BUT JUST FOR ALL YOU OUT THERE TRYING TO DO IT. YOU CAN!!!
