Ht. 5'7, Wt. 173 - Hey guys, I'm writing this to help you guys. I used to look at myeslef in the mirror and just wish that I could atleast be somewhat thin or in shape. Guys, heres my story. I went to a camp last summer with my family and some other people, and the guys in my cabin were really cool like were still really good friends but they sometimes would bring up with eachother how I was 'big'. I was 5'5 and weighed 198 lbs. I was kindof hurt by what they would say, even though they werent trying to be mean, so since the 2nd day of camp I only ate one meal a day, which was SSTTUUPPIIDD DONT DO IT!!! But yeah and that meal wuld be something like an apple, or a glass of milk. I got home and found out I lost about 5 lbs. I was happy with my results so far, so I kept skipping meals. After a while, whenever I would actually eat a fruit or something, I would feel really fat and I would throw it up. Guys trust me its not worth it doing it the wrong unhealthy way. I was under same stress and I told my dad what I was doing and he said I had to stop. I am so glad I did. Guys I used to come on here asking for an actual plan or diet, but you dont need it really. All I did was cut back alot on junk food and sugars. And now I work out and excersize everyday. I feel so happy and im not ashamed to take off my shirt anymore infront of females. Its the best feeling in the world. See what happened to me was, when I started losing weight, I started feeling better about myself so i was more outgoing and evreything just got better for me, and yesterday I found out the that I like, shes SOOOO pretty and shy and funny and SO nice, likes me too.
