Ht. 4'11, Wt. around 130 -140 - Hey ya'll. Lately, I haven't gotten to the gym. My mom is my only ride, (she has my card too >_>) to it and she doesn't get home til about 6 and, if she's busy. I'm doomed. For snacks, I've decided on yogurt. But, my brothers like to much on starcrunches, cookies, the yummies. so, im trying to resist temptation. I've actually got a goal for myself, I want to loose weight by christmas. i'd love to have a little buddy to work with me :-p like to e-mail, maybe AIM with? Just reply if you want to! I need to buckle down, and I wouldn't mind gaining another friend :-p

ok, skinny is different for different people ! dont worry if you dont go below 120 , youll still be healthy , so it doesnt matter! but , since you are below five feet it is healthy for you to be 95-100 lbs BUT NOW LOWER !! you should be atleast 100 lbs when your 5 feet tall.
