Ht. 5'4, Wt. 280 - Hey.xx
Well...apparently I'm on this board because I want to lose weight. I have been eating a LOT for the past few days..and I think it's mostly because of stress...but today I did a lot better but I still ate a little too much..tomorrow,though, is going to be a lot better, I hope so. I found this place where I can run a distance then run up and down a little hill and there's like 5 steps in the path that I'm running in, so I can do that like 10-15 times a day..plus all of that other good stuff called excercise. I tihnk I've got the exercise part down..it's just my eating habits I have to work on. Any support from any of you guys would be 'greatly' appreciated.

Hey, it sounds like you are doing better than I am! I even have problems exercising! I hate doing it and it also seems like I have no time!! I'm either to busy or too tired! It seems like those are my excuses, but for you, you should just set your mind to it! I know you can do it! Just keep thinking of what you want to look like. Think about that whenever you are really hungry. It might help you cut back on your food, or atleast help you pick good foods to eat. Good luck!!!
