Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - ok so today i ate
brek: kashi bar and yogurt and a probel (260 calories)
lunch: 1/2 turkey sanwich on wheat bread and carrots and a 100 calories pack (250 calories)
snack: south beach diet PB bar and an apple (about 200 calories)
dinner: chicken, green beans, 2 small peices of bread, and fresca (about 400 calories)
i had so much homework topday and didnt have time to work out, so im not gonna have dessert tonight. what do you guys think
p.s biggest loser tonight everyone !! =)
