Ht. 5'1", Wt. 168 - hey guys! how are you all? so today for breakfast i had 1 cup of vanilla almond cereal with milk, but dont worry its from the health food store so its wheat and all that good stuff. for lunch i had a yogurt and a banana. for snack i had some cantalope. then i went on the treadmill for 30 minutes, did the machines at the gym for weight lifting, and did 300 crunches. for dinner my mom was making burgers, so instead of having a burger on a bun and everything i had a turkey burger and put it in a salad. how did i do today?
