Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey everyone! I'm so happy! I went to JCPenny w/ my mom after school today and tried on a pair of 13's in juniors jeans and they fit great!! So I'm buying those then two new shirts! For christmas I'm getting a new pair of jeans, some shirts, sweatshirts and a pair of shoes! I'm so happy. My life is finally going good where I'm getting into smaller sizes I'm so happy lol! Today for breakfast I had : 1 cup raisin bran cereal, 3/4 cup milk and a banana. Lunch : Some bread stuff (hard to explain it's like pizza crust w/ no pizza toppings or sauce) Dinner : 1 cup golden grahams cereal,3/4 cup milk. I'm gonna work out for 30 min tonight, do 100 sit ups, and 30 push ups. How am I doing?

WOW that is exellen. Some guys can barely do 40 pushups and 100 sit ups, ur doing great. Throw in some moderate cardio and you will be in fat burning mode cause the muscle is being build so u will be way hungry, so your metabolism is very high, if u do cardio also u r burning calories along with the calories being burned from increase metabolism. the metabolism stays high for 1-2 days after. So if u continue to do more pushups/situps everyother day with moderate cardio u will be burning lots of fat 24/7. keep it up!
