Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - hey, im like 150 right now i think, and i was wondering, if i excersie like 5 times a week for like two hours each time, and watch what i eat do u think its possible to loose like 30-40 pounds by next june?
Reply from orcy, Age 14 - 11/17/05 - IP#: 70.172.200.xxx i think it would be possibly to lose 30 lbs by june, but you should only excersice 45 minutes 5 or 6 days a week. i think you shoulds till be able to lose 40/lbs, since its healthy to lose about 8-10 lbs a month. however,s ome people lose weight faster or slower than others. you may lose weight a little slower because your on the smaller side of overweight

Good luck =) (by the way, I'm 150 like you, and I excercise 30 minutes twice a week, and an hour (30 minutes of which is weight training) three times a week, plus eating right and the weight seems to be comming off really well).
