Ht. 5"11, Wt. about 230 - hey y'all- i was wondering- with my busy schedule: school, work, and tv shows(lol) i cant find time to really eat, or eat right and time to exercise.. i get out of school around 12 and i have to go to work at 2 every weekday... should i try jogging around my neighborhood during that time? bc it would be like an hour to an hour and 20 mins. bc when i get home around 6, i do whatever homework i have and then its tv time.... my eating habits are as follows: breakfast: none, i get up late just about every morning and just the thought of eating something that early makes me sick.. lunch: whatever's in the fridge when i get home.... dinner: if my mom cooks, either that or every woman for herself............... not very good huh?

haha well its fine to not know what you eat, as long as what you end of eating is healthy. try bringing a brekfast bar with you every morning and eating it when you start to get hungry. also by some frozen meals (lean cuisine, lean pockets, snart ones, healthy choice) AND buy them in lunch and dinner portions so you always have something on hand.. and i would deffinetly use about 30 mnutes or 45 minutes of your hour to excersice, atleast go on a quick jog around the block or even just do some crunches or whatever. if you have a treadmill, you could ask your parents to move it infront of the tv, so you can excersice while you watch your shows. even if you dont have a treadmill, you can still jog in place, do pushups, crunches, squats , lunges etc. while you watch tv
