Ht. 5'11, Wt. """ - Hey evryone... so i started eating really healthy today! I almsot didn't and I almost went to McDonalds and got my favorite breakfast! But instead I just ate a yogurt and had a glass of water.. then later this morning I had a cup of coffee.. to wake me up a little bit ( is coffee bad for you?) Then at 1 p.m. i had a can of v8 which is only 70 calories and i'm going to eat a banana right now... i'm going to eat dinner at 5:30 ( what should i eat?) I decided I'm going to be a vegetarian for a year! Just for fun.. also tommorow I'm going to start no milk or dairy products either. ( i had cream in my coffee) .. and i forgot that yogurt also has milk in it.. so i'm gonna try something different for breakfast.. any ideas for a breakfast without dairy products ? lol.. maybe a really healthy breakfast bar.. does anyone know of any , and where you get them? ( not the kellogs one , those are loaded with sugar)..

kashi bars not go lean but just kashi r good for u. plus puffin bars have very little sugar are whole grain give u a dairy and a grain. those r both great 4 u

get more calories in cause if u don't eat for more than 5 hours ur body thinks it's being starved. eat 3meals 2 snacks that r healthy and get all food groups in plus a treat once or twice a week. ive lost 40 lbs on it

puffins cereal bars are really good breakfasts bars. theyre not really bad for you and theyre really good
