Ht. 5'2, Wt. start:195 now:186 - hey every one... for about 3 weeks now i have been 186 lbs which is ok because im maintaining my weight and not gaining but 185 is my 10lbs and i really want to get it, im stuck and the more im 186 the owrse i get, like im alaways craving candy ice cream cheeses freis and i cant stop , please some one help me what should i do to get out of this hole.. oh nd ne ideas on what to eat when ur home and theres nothing thats healthy or at least apealin.. i have pink eye..eww.. please help sry this is soo long
Reply from rachel, Age 17 - 11/17/05 - IP#: 71.112.36.xxx when i had a hard point i would exercise real hard to get past it. plus about ur cravings eat only whole grains and less grains overall. Get lots of dairy protein and veggies in ur diet. this is what i eat a day besides one or two treats a week 4-6 grains, 3 fruits, 5veggies, 8oz of protein, 3 dairy. I've lost 240lbs on it and it has reduced cravings alot.
Reply from Nicole, Age 13 - 11/17/05 - IP#: 4.252.81.xxx Well im basically pretty much the same as you are i weighed 200pounds 3 days ago and today i lost 3 pounds im 197 but that still aint gonna cut it and when im home alone i crave so many carbs and junk food but i have to stop myself so i guess whenever you think about food think about your life and how you want it to change and instead of eating hop onto the treadmill or take a walk heck you can even go rollerblading..Hope my advice helps you... *Nicole*
