Ht. 5'1", Wt. st. 170 nw. 166 - i lost 4 pounds! i think i did pretty good today too. for breakfast i had a puffin cereal bar. for lunch i had a yogurt and an apple. for snack i had rice cakes. then i went to the gym and did the tread mill for 30 minutes, 300 crunches, and weight lifting on the machines. for dinner my mom is making chicken tacos(grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato and a little cheese in a taco shell) and some organic brown rice. how did i do today?
