Ht. 5'4", Wt. started 210 now 175 - i just started excercising like 3 days ago and i run for 1 miunte them walk 1 minute and i keep alternating for 20 minutes but since im not used to it my legs are sore so should i relax tonight and start tomorrow or just keep doin what im doin????

if you dont feel up to doing the whole routine, try just walking for 20 minutes. this way you will keep the muscles working :]

if you feel like you need a day off take a day off. but if you feel like you could stick with it, then do it one more day. work up to doing it 5 or 6 days a week. good lukc !!
