Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160 - Hey, I know with my height that my weight may not seem too big, but I have a trouble area. It's my hip/thigh/butt area, all of my leg area. I really need help. I want some advice as to exercises or whatever that will help this problem by Christmas time. I want my new jeans/pants to be smaller sizes. Thanks.

trying running intervals...like get on the tredmill & walk like .25 at 3mph then do .10 at 4mph, then walk .10 at 3mph again & then run at 7mph for.15 & just keep repeating..or try pillates bc both will show you AMAZING results fast!!
