Ht. 5'4, Wt. 153.6 - ~*~hey~*~ i need some advice what to do! i feel fat because at school every single day i get made fun of by the same boy and he gets on my nerves. i dont even eat breakfast or lunch because of him and my siblings cuz they also make fun of me! can any1 plz tell me what i can and should do cuz i really feel insecure about myself! i just need a little bit of advice cuz i dont have any idea what to do bout this stuff and if anyone would be interested in being my dietin buddy than i would be very greatful!! my e-mail is: groovy_galpal_5@hotmail.com!!! k.............k. Eating breakfast jump starts your metabalism for the day. If you don't eat it your metabalism wont burn very many calories. Always eat breakfast. You can have a HUGE breakfast and you wont gain cause your metabalism has all day to burn it off! I eat cereal for breakfast cause it's known to help keep teen girls slim. Then at school I buy a salad and a propel. For dinner I have eather another salad,chicken, or cereal. I never eat alot at night cause after 7pm your metabalism slows down. Another good tip is if you do some kind of arobic activity each day for 30 min it keeps your metabalism burning an extra 13 hours! It's been prooven my mom gets health mags in the mail. Reply from orcy, Age 14 - 11/17/05 - IP#: 70.172.200.xxx first of all, boys are stupid and siblings are siblings. dont listen to them. but you need to eat breakfast and lunch, otherwise you wont lose weight. just cut out all types of junk food, except for a small peice of dessert a few times a week. eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink lots of water. good luck
