Ht. 5'7, Wt. 150 - Just a random question...How many of you do weight training as well as cardio? If so, how many times a week do you do weights?

Reply from michelle, Age 16 - 11/18/05 - IP#: 24.228.29.xxx hey i do weight training along with cardio. weight training you should do every other day, because its not good to do it two days in a row. also, if you want to burn more fat you should lift before you do cardio.
