Ht. 4'11'', Wt. 114 - YOU GUYS!!!! I HATE MYSELF!!!!! UGH!!! I started out eating totally healthy, but tonight I babysat, and made pizza! I ate 2 slices and now I feel horrible, plus I ate 1/4 bag of popcorn and 4 cookies!!!! I hate it!!! This happens like everyday, start out eating salad, and toast, end up in dessert horror at night, and next morning have like a fat hangover!!!! ARG!!!! anyway, If I rode my bike for like 15-30 minutes do you think I could like burn up some calories??? before tommorrow that is...

OMG ! ME too, ill start out watching my carbs, but, i dont like cooking for myself, and my rents r kind lazy, anywayz, i hate it !

just think nothin taste as good as thin feels. evry time u put that food in ur mouth think is this worth for what i'm gonna feel later, and if eat a full meal before u babysit and make pizza so youll be already full, eat lots of protein in ur meal it last longer

Oh, and DON"T EVER SAY YOU HATE YOURSELF!! Thats the WORST thign for your self esteme!! ALWAYS LIKE YOURSELF! No matter what happens! We all make mistakes and thats no reason to hate ourselves!

omg! The exact same thing happend to me yesterday! I had planned to workout really good, eat healthy and everything and it started out with a bowl of oatmeal in the morning. Then from there it went downhill and I just ended up sitting on my @$$ all day watching movies and eating junk. I overate at lunch AND dinner which made me feel horrible, then I ended up eating a whole bunch of popcorn before bed. Oh gosh, I still can't get over how horrible I felt. But anyway, I'm back on the wagon and up and happening. So yeah, don't let it slow you dowm. Just get over it and move on. We all have out bad days. Just make up for it by excercising extra and eating less and more healthy the next day. =)

DONT HATE URSELF!!! Honestly, thats not a lot of food....i mean 2 pieces of pizza, some popcorn and a few cookies...NOT BAD! No matter what, ur eating less then u use to !! I hate when people feel this bad about themselfes.....next time just say ...no...over and over and believe urself ..it helps
