Ht. 5'3, Wt. ??? - Okay im really not trying to be mean but eversince i stopped coming to this site i feel better cuz idk it seemed like all i ever thought about was this site which meant i was always thinking about my weight and that isnt good and now that i havent been coming for a while i have lost like 25 pounds and that makes me now 115 because i was 150 and i lost ten while coming to this site so then i was 140 so yeah lol i feel so much better just because i dont always think about my weight now i just try to be healthy i dont even care about my weight its weird im not telling you to stop coming i mean if you think your getting good support and lossing a lot of weight (heathily) then GREAT but im just saying it helped me to stop for a while....it is good to ask about some things on this site when you get stuck though but i think i have wrote enough so cya later and good luck

I'm gonna start trying to do that. Personally, I'm not fat fat or anything. Just a bit chubby (i'm 5'7-150) and my goal is to lose about 20 pounds by febuary (which I belive will take alot of work!). Anyway, thanks for shareing that. Its always inspiring to hear sucess stories and tips. =)
Reply from Mandy, Age 14 - 11/18/05 - IP#: 207.241.134.xxx ohh thats what i forgot is to tell how i did it lol sorry bout that thanks for reminding me lol....what i did was i cut back on sugar and salt i mean i ate it but just less and i didnt eat as much junk i ate meals and that was it and if i got hungry for something i would eat it then go and work out on my ab lounge and did some other exercises lol like push-ups and crunches (i dont do sit ups cuz they hurt by back and tailbone cuz of the floor) and i would exercise when i was really bored and felt like eating a lot so i would work out i also ran up and down my stairs (which there is 16 of them so i ran up and down 10 times....up and down equals one) and i think thats it i dont remember how long this took otherwise i would tell you guys but i still want to lose like 5-10 pounds and then im good to go and then i just have to maintain it which should be a lot easier cuz i wont have to exercise quite as much lol but thats it lol
