Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 255 - ok so here is my delema???iono how to spell sorry, buyt anywyas so like i wnat to work and loe weight and all but i just have a really hard time actually starting to do it, and like i dont know are there any things that are easy for you gyus to start doing, or like what are your excersize plans?s p.s. thanks for any advice/help
