Ht. 5' 6, Wt. 241 - Hey everyone, I decided that it would be boring to be a fitness model since there are so many of them. I decided that I want to become a bodybuilder. This is today's plan: Morning 90 min of Treadmill (run/walk/) 20 min of weighlifiting, bicep curls and leg/thigh exercises.
Breakfast: 1 slice of bagel with tblsp of Cream cheese and smoked salmon: (250 cals)
Meal 2: (M+M crunch bar) I know I cheated wont happen again (150 cals).
Meal 3: 4 ounces of lean sliced turkey (70 cals)
Meal 4: 1 homemade taco (ground turkey, taco shell, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes (250 cals).
Meal 5: 1 and 1/2 slices of vegetable pizza (300 cals)
Meal 6: 1 apple and 1 orange (0 cals i think)
Is this good. Pease reply with suggestions/comments.

Oh, and I don't think girls with too many muscles are unatractive. That's just the media telling females they have to be tone and thin to be beautfiul. I think any woman who loves her body is beautiful. So if you would be happy as a body builder, please, go for it and try your hardest! :-)

I think becoming a body builder is a very realistic goal. Just start small and work your way up. I suggest checking out books from the library on body building to create yourself a good, healthy, safe plan (the internet is alright for information, but books are more reliable and true with information). I also think you need to eat more than a little over 1000 calories if you want to become a body builder because you need more to help the muscles healthfully grow. I give you my best wishes. :-)

I think you first need to focus on getting to a healthy weight, then work towards your goals, whatever they are. I, personally, think it's really unlikely you will become a model or a bodybuilder, just because the odds are against you. I'm sorry if that sounds mean. I also do agree with Usha. Some muscle is good, but too much is just sick.

Hey, I'm really sorry if this sounds harsh, but I think girls that have extreme amounts of muscle look sick. I think nice and toned is hot, but girls that have so much muscle that they look like a guy, I find gross (like for example, having pex instead of boobs). Who here agrees with me?

cool ! but just so you know, if your a body builder, theres no way youll get down to 105.. even if you do end up technically over weight it would be because of extreme amounts of muscle lol. good luck !
