Ht. 6'1, Wt. 193 - I really need help losing weight, I try but its very hard. every time i see something that looks very good, i eat it, Then I lay down and go to sleep.and now i'am trying to lose weight because my mother is getting married in march,and I want to be able to lose at least 20 pounds. so will somebody please help!!! Reply from Kyle - 11/20/05 - IP#: 207.200.116.xxx Hey I'm 6ft and 197, so your weight and height are pretty good. Before I was 6ft, i was well over 200lbs, and have lost about 20 lbs, but I still could lose a few more I think.

Heres what I suggest: Eat 1200 calories a day and exercise 3-5x a week. Doing this you will burn 2 pounds of body fat every week. Also, you should start weight training and lifting weight to build up your upper body making any fat areas look smaller. More muscle, less fat, less weight = thinner you. Good Luck.
