Ht. 5ft and 1/2 in, Wt. 149 - Advice: starving yourself and skipping meals is inaffective. Because when u finally do eat, you end up eating ALOT! and jus putting back on what you lost. So don't do it. Anyway, i need advice myself. Its like i have no self control. This mornig, I woke up at 7:25 and immediately ate a half a pint of chocolate cookie dough ice cream. And it only went down hill from there. I need help.PLEASE RESPOND! I want to have high self esteem. I have trouble beliving that this boy in my class actually likes me cause im fat. Im not confident at all. {im really 12 years old} I have never worked out for a full week. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
p.s. the harry potter goblet of fire movie is REALLY good- go see it!

what jackie -17 said is absoulty rite i think that is one of the best ways to go about but even starting ur self on 25 sit ups EVERYDAY will work an little by little youll do more an more an the more u do the more ur muscles will tighten and U WILL LOSE WEIGHT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! amandah

Hi there! What I like to do to avoid starting the day off eating unhealthfully, is excersize or do stretches when I wake up. That way I can think about what I'm going to eat, and since I just excersized, I feel healthier and don't want to ruin it by eating junk. (If that makes sense). Good luck! :-)
