Ht. 5'4.5, Wt. 220 - Hey everybody I feel pretty good I just did 2 miles on my bike thing excersize bike is wat its called. I also burned 100 calories. And in only 5 minutes!!!!!!:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

That's great, but keep in mind that you should be getting 30-60 minutes of exercise a day. But what you did is a good start, just keep adding to it.
