Ht. 5ft 5, Wt. 165 - Does anyone have tips on loosing weight in your lower abdomen? That seems to be where I carry ALL my weight. My legs and upper body look fine, but then my stomach is a whole different story. This makes clothing especially hard. A medium shirt is baggy, but while a small fits the rest of me perfectly my gut feels the need to announce itself to the world.

haha well dont worry too much...many people have that problem. You must loose a bit of weight overall in order to make your lower stomach smaller. My guess is to loose 10-15 lbs and see how you feel. From there you can start doing ab exercises. Also, running is great working for your stomach. and pilates! Buy a workout video designed for your abs! They deffinitly work.
