i was a vegetarian and it made me actually gain weight becuase instead of eating veggies all of the time.. i ate fats. so maybe consider actually going vegan. it'll cut out alot of the fatening foods that have dairy and meat products in them.. and it'll force you to eat more vegetables. carbohydrates aren't necessarily bad for you... you just shouldn't eat too many of them. for example.. instead of white bread, eat whole grain bread. instead of potatos, maybe cut your potato serving in half and get extra veggies.

oh, and another thing too, NEVER overeat! They say that the number one reason people gain weight is because of overeating. And drink LOTS of water! On of my friends who's also a vegetarian lost 40 pounds in less than a year JUST from stopping overeating and jogging for 30 minutes to an hour everyday.

Hey, I'm a vegetarian and chubby too. lol. So we're on the same channel. All you need to do is eat less of the fattening stuff (junk food, oil, butter (if your not vegan like me) etc.) and less carbs (patatoes, pasta, white bread etc. Thoes are a killler!) and eat more veggies, salads, and protein (tofu, beans, fake meat etc...). Then you just gotta excercise more! Thats whats been really working for me. I excercise 5 times a week cardio and weight train 3 and I've been getting alot thinner. So weather your a vegetarian or not, if you don't eat right and excercise, your gonna gain weight. Hope I helped!
