Ht. 5'4, Wt. 200 - hey guys!
im kinda new at this whole thing and i think it is the first time i have been honest about my weight but im trying to do something about it so i had: raisen brain for breakfast and then a turkey sandwich and an apple for lunch but im not sure whats for dinner....i know i eat right but i dont exercise...i just dont have time between softball coming up, school, piano, babysitting and then spending time with my friends and family. I need help fast. Please leave some advice!!

I understnad, exercise is really hard for me to fit in too. I suggest adding little things like take 10-15 minutes in the morning and do crunches and stuff like that, and if you feel you need more exercise do it again before you go to bed. I also noticed you said you had softball coming up, that counts as exercise too, and you will do fine if you just get 30 minutes 3 times a week, but more than that will probably really speed it along.
