Ht. 5'8, Wt. 160 - ahhhhhhhh I hate myself so much right now. Some days I eat like 1000 calories and some days I eat like up to 1600 or more i dont even know because on the days when I DO eat more than usual I cant stop!! and i cant find a happy medium eating like 1200 calories...i dont know why its horrible:(:( So basically my days are either really good or really bad, and it really puts me down, i need help!!
Reply from orcy, Age 14 - 11/23/05 - IP#: 70.172.200.xxx well you should eat about 1500 calories a day to lose weight, but eating 1800 calories is perfect to maintain your weight, so technically you could still lose some weight eating 1600 calories a day

Just keep the faith, and know that there are ppl. out there who've been through the same thing. Always here, Jennifer
