Ht. 5, 5, Wt. . - Hey guys, I'm feeling great today. Last week I was on my period and I was so depressed about my weight after I weighed myself. I was gaining so much weight for some reason (or so I thought). So I just weighed myself today and I weigh 6lbs less than I did last week. I think that is so weird, but my body must really retain a lot of water for me to have such a decrease in weight. I know it had to have been water weight retain because I didn't change my eating habits or excersize. Anyway, this is just a heads up to you girls, don't weigh yourself during your period if you want to stay away from discouragement. Haha..weird post I guess.

Yeah..you retain a lot of water-weight when you are on your period. That is why you get bloated.
