Ht. 5'3, Wt. 175 - Hey! I'm not gonna diet today but everyday I plan to jog 20 mins on the treadmill, 20 mins on the gazelle, and 20 mins of arm exercises. I also plan to eat more fruits and veggies only a little cards like carrots apples and whole grain bread, and stuff like fat free milk, 8 glasses water, lean meats no fried food.
