Ht. 5'3", Wt. 205 - I am going on vacation next week, which means TONS of out to eat, and my grandma is going to make another thanksgiving for us. I most likely won't be able to exercise either, so should I just try to eat less or what??? I don't like salads either, which sucks. I wish I did...

Hello,I am new and became very intersted in this site,heres my advice.It's a vacation,have fun. When you get back home get back on the healthy track.Try a couple salsds and you'll begin to like them better. However if you have before and u really hate them than just forget my advice and stick wit fruit,water,and veggie's.

i'm sure there's probably plenty of healthy foods that you enjoy. like fruit for example. you don't need to watch yourself too much.. just try and stay away from the fats. remember to watch your serving size also!

I would say....enjoy it! I mean it is vacation, just dont like, eat so much you explode...lol. Just be sure to get back on track after you get back...thats my opinion.
