Ht. 5.4, Wt. 154 - I think this is good these is what i ate so far breakfast-3 glasses of water 1 and 1/2 big carrots. Lunch- 1 granola bar, a apple, and i was feeling out of energy after school so i had a carrot that os about 320 cals

you were probably feeling out of energy because you didn't eat very well. try eating something like oatmeal for breakfast. it's really good for you, it's high in fiber so you'll stay full longer, and it'll give you more energy. for lunch.. eat something more. maybe a sandwhich that has lean cheese and meats in it. you're eating a very small amount of calories.. so it'll be harder for you to lose weight because your body will go into "starvation mode" and keep all of the calories that you eat. keep your calories under 2,000 but over 1,500 and you should lose weight alot easier, and you'll be healthier.

320 so far today and i am goin to eat small super not going over 900 cals
