Ht. 5'7", Wt. Start : 171 Now :166 - Indoor Track starts for me tomorrow. ahh im soo soo soo excited. im gonna really start eating healthy to. that will be 2 hours of excersice, 6 days a week!! ahh im so excited, its gonna be so much fun!! im gonna be pretty bad at first, im not much of a runner, but its ok. i think itll help me lose weight or atleast lose fat and gain muscle. does anyone else to track that could give me any adivce, or tell me how far you usually run etc.?
Reply from Julie, Age 17 - 11/27/05 - IP#: 4.242.171.xxx What events are you gonna do? I do regular track (i dont think we have indoor track where i live) and i do 100, and 200 sprints. But dont worry about how to run, the coach will work with you and teach you exactly how to do everything. just keep working on it, even if you are not good, and you'll get better.
