Ht. 5'3, Wt. 168 lbs - Hello, my name is Ashlynn, and I was wondering if any of you could help me. You see I have been eating healthy for a while now and it has been working with loosing the lbs. But the inches just stay there. I have been doing crunches but that does not seam o work? It just makes my mid section littler but my lower abs are just the same. you should do strength training to help lose inches and gain muscle.

i have that same problem i think where very very close to tha same height an age
