Ht. 5ft and 1/2 in, Wt. 150 - TIPS: try not to eat at all between meals. It dosn't sound like it would work, but it'll make a huge difference. Its also pretty hard. and try to drink alot of water. Try to drink only water.

Reply from Julie, Age 17 - 11/27/05 - IP#: 4.242.172.xxx I disagree with that. You actually supposed to eat small amounts of healthy food all through out the day to keep your metabolism up. Idealy, you should eat at least 5 times a day. I do agree with drinking a lot of water, though.
