Ht. 5'4.5", Wt. 220 lbs - Ok has anybody heard of the rice diet? I think I am going to give it a try. Ok so basically all you eat is rice and fruit and occasionally sometimes if you want to you can have oatmeal in the morning for breakfast. Do you think I should do it? By the way I am Jilly I am kind of new on this site but not really ok well luv ya lots. PLEASE RESPOND!

I know this because i have seen my best friend go through a lot. Just remember its not really what you eat its how much of what you eat. Excerise is also really good. However, don't get yourself down just remember that appearance is overrated think about being healthy and let that be your reason to loose weight. Don't let anyone else persuade your line of thinking

Just eat a well balanced diet, and combine it with exercise, and you'll start to lose some weight.

They turn you away from dieting. You learn to think that dieting is evil and that you can't eat anything except certain foods all the time. And also, you just gain all that weight back. Trust me.
