Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 - I need help quick! I'm going away down south really soon. A few months. I need to lose weight for it. My stomach really isn't bad at all. Actually, my whole upper body is fine. The problem is the lower part. I have a huge butt (genetics), haha. I have big, thick, blubbery legs and I hate it so bad. I don't care about my upper part at all but my bottom part is horrible. Will someone please give me tips as to how to lose weight from that area, quick and that doesn't take an extreme amount of time to do each day. Also, I hate this but does anyone know how to get rid of stretch marks? I have them on my hips and it's awful. I can't wear bikinis or anything *sigh*. Will you guys please help me? I'm so desperate and I feel disgusting. Thanks so much.

Hi! I heard somewhere that a good way to get rid of stretch marks is to use cocoa butter... Good Luck!

cardio (such as running, biking, swimming, anything, really) will help with all parts of your body. Just lose weight, dont try to spot reduce, becasue you can't.

hmm well, where are you stretch marks. i used to have some, but they were like on my inner thighs. if you get a bikini with shorts or whatever, im sure youd look fine ! also,any kind of strength training will help. even 1/2 3 times a week would be good, and maybe running and stuff. hope i helped !!
