Ht. 5'3, Wt. 168 lbs - Hey, I was told about strenght training for losing inches and strenghting muscle. But what are some kinds of strenght training exercizes I could try?

well anything with weights. you can find specific strength training workouts in books (toning for teens etc. i liked that one, it does take a while though) or even in fitness magazine or whatever./
