Ht. 5'7, Wt. 255 - MY friend lost 110 pounds on a veggie diet i try it for Two hours guess i was not ready i am now about to try this new diet 6 week body make over my friend has the kit so i dont have to pay for it i get to eat every two hours. and excirse twice a week she lost nearly 22 pounds the first week cause the weight just melts off. well I used it for awhile.. its how I got down from 220 to 210 .. didnt exercise with it tho. Goodluck

Yea, that is safe, my aunt has it and I think she lost like, 11 pounds the first week. I tried it but it was too hard for me...good luck tho!
