Ht. 5'5 1/2", Wt. 165 - Hi guys, i have a short story to share. Since i was young i was chubby(well not too chubby jsut gained weight as i grew older) already o loved food. Then when i was 14 I was size 36 on my waist!!WOW.. i always think i wanted to loose weight but i didnt take it very seroiusly... now that im 16, i'm taking it very seroiusly now, i watch wat i eat,i read the nutrition facts thingy hehehe...Well wat made me wanna loose weight was also came from having a GF!! hihihihi... well anyways... 2 months ago i was 180 pounds.. now im only 165(2months later at 180 i use to be size 38...now at 165 came down to size 36 again nice!!!!!!!!)... how did i do it? Well first of all i started slow.. going 4 miles per hour..about 2miles..on a treadmill THEN after Few weeks running off slow, I started Running 7 MILES on the treadmill!!!! it was quite fast..i really felt my heartbeat beats very fast 130+ Average... ok now I run about 7miles/hour on the tread for about 1 mile or 1 mile and few more mini miles straight without resting.. then i slow down to 4 mph for 1/4miles then i run agian 7mph for 1/4 or 1/2 mile then so on..... I do this 3 to 5 times a week.. I actually run for more than 45 mins.. the most time i ran on a treadmill was 78 mins 27 secs... it read.. i burned 1060 calories and 334 calories fat.. WOW!! i never done this before... just today i ran for 74mins burning about 1003 calories and 313fat calories... well not only i run, after treadmill i also Do wiehgts not so much just for 15mins just to maintainmy body.... then i rest for 3 hours or less then i ride my bicycle or i walk outside... This is all in one day... and i do it 5 times a week....I do both aerobic and aenerobic exercise.. After i work i dont eat after 1 hour or 2...sometimes i get hungry all the time after i exercise for lont hours...well on food???? I actually cut down on it...i drink water about little less than a gallon..(3/4gal.)every day.... Im still in progreess and still few 15+punds over wiehgt...i need to work harder.. my goal is 145 or little bit less about 135 is fine for me.. WEll just remember the less weight you have the harder to burn it...must work hard... Well, that's it told my whole execise plan...... I just wonder if doing well on my physical activities thng... any comments feel free to reply..thans for reading... :)
