Ht. 5'6", Wt. 191 - omg. i'm freaking out. i've gained soooo much weight!i've gained 40lbs in the past half a year. i have stretch marks on my belly!eww. well. i just became vegetarian, and i'm planning on eating more natural foods like fruits and veggies mainly with my protien coming from the tofu dishes they serve at my college. i'm going to try and stay away from high sugar things, and start doing taebo every morning...also drinking more water and doing a weight routine- and other suggestions

Taebo is a great idea. Even though you are not a little girl, the one for younger kids works for older people. Walking is also great.
