Ht. 5'7", Wt. Start : 171 Now :166 - ok so howd i do today: brek: kashi bar lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich, an apple, 100 calorie pack snack: didnt have one beacause of track and dinner:tacos, but made of turkey so there not as bad for you.. and excersice : wow sorry if this is long lol so i had track for 2 hours.. we did 3/4 mile warm up, then plyos, then plyos over cones, then 18 pushups, 50 crunches in the middle, 50 crunches on each side. then we jogged about 1/4 of a mile to this hill that we had to sprint up. we did that 6 times. oh and ill probably have low fat ice cream for dessert to, since i didnt have nearly enough calories today

wow Orcy!! Your doin awsome! But yeah, like Montana said, I would die if I ran that much. lol. The most I can do is probubly an hour or so....

holy craP! I would die if I was running that much haha I'm just lazy :P anyway good luck. does a kashi bar keep you okay till lunch time ?
