Reply from Leena, Age 13 - 11/29/05 - IP#: 69.144.64.xxx You need the calcium that is in milk...its not bad for you but its not exactly the fat-free-est (not a word, I know) for you. I used to get really bad aches in my legs and I started drinking milk and they went away...so it helped me. Plus, you get a chance to get away from water..cuz for me, water gets old pretty darn fast.

Reply from orcy, Age 14 - 11/29/05 - IP#: 70.172.200.xxx milk is fine, you need dairy, but waters still awesome. if you need milk though its definetly ok, its not technically "bad for you" like soda is. and yeah, its good the videos getting easier. good job !!
Reply from Leena, Age 13 - 11/29/05 - IP#: 69.144.64.xxx I drink milk..and water. So I would just say like, alternate days or something.
Reply from Julie, Age 17 - 11/29/05 - IP#: 4.242.174.xxx Actually, milk isn't that great for you. I would reccomend just sticking to water, and just making sure you get your calcium other places.
