Reply from Kyle, Age 15 - 12/04/05 - IP#: 66.56.20.xxx Start eating 6 small meals a day, around 200 calories each. High protein, low carbs. Dont eat big after 6-7pm. Cardio in the morning would help with resistance training. The weight should start to shred.
