Reply from orcy, Age 14 - 11/30/05 - IP#: 70.172.200.xxx uhmm well "kashi" is a health food brand that you can pretty much find in the health food section. the bars are the meal and snack bars they have, which are full of fiber so they keep you full (and protein). there really good and all natural, plus they have a little bit of chocolate to keep you satisfied. i eat the 170 calorie ones for brekfast with yogurt and i love ittt
