Ht. 5'6, Wt. 140 - i just messed up... :( i ate like 7 fig neutons & there are 110 calories in TWO of them
Reply from Jane, Age 15 - 11/29/05 - IP#: 71.10.91.xxx dont give up just becasue you had 7 fig newtons...you seriously have to keep a positive attitude toward your goals at all time (cheesy i know but true) I know that you can do it, try to eat less snacks but if you do then dont beat yourself up about it, put it in the past and go take a run and youll feel all better!
